This release marks a significant moment in Mark’s vocal development. For this project, he performs solely as the vocalist, supported by a full musical foundation created by Michael Hanson — founding member and original drummer of the multi‑platinum, Juno Award–winning and Grammy‑nominated band Glass Tiger. Hanson’s musicianship shaped the entire arrangement, instrumentation, production, and backing vocals.
“Working with Michael has been transformative,” says Mark. “His guidance helped me find a vocal confidence I didn’t know I had. This release represents a turning point in how I approach singing.”
Hanson, recently inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, brings decades of experience to the collaboration, including touring with major acts such as Journey, Tina Turner, and The Moody Blues.
