Your one-time purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the MP3 background tracks and music videos (including Kaiber AI videos) composed by Mark Anthony Grysiuk (aka Mark Anthony G) for personal and limited creative use.
Yes! You can:
  • Practice, perform, and record yourself with the tracks.
  • Share your performances on social media, YouTube, or your personal website.
  • Add your own guitar, vocals, or creative input.

Yes — but only for internal use, like training or presentations. Public or commercial use requires a separate license.
  • Companies refers to non-media businesses using music in their products, services, or branding — such as retail stores, tech firms, wellness clinics, or corporate training teams. These uses are typically not creative content but part of a business operation.

  • Content creators refers to individuals or teams producing creative media — such as YouTubers, filmmakers, podcasters, educators, or musicians — even if they’re registered as businesses or operate under a brand.

Yes, under these conditions:
  • You can use the tracks for testing, editing, rough cuts, or non-commercial festival entries.
  • If your project becomes commercial (e.g., streaming, broadcast, paid sync), you must notify Mark Anthony G or Treblecorp Music Publishing in good faith.
You’re allowed to list the music on cue sheets for backend royalties. Just credit:

•      Publisher: Treblecorp Music Publishing
•      PRO Affiliation: SOCAN

If your project gets a major placement or starts earning revenue, please inform Treblecorp Music Publishing. This helps with proper crediting and future license updates.


If your use becomes commercial:
  • By default, 50% of income from the music (sync fees, performance royalties, etc.) goes to Mark Anthony G and Treblecorp Music Publishing.
  • If other collaborators are involved, the split can be negotiated in good faith.
You’re welcome to create new songs using the tracks. Just follow these rules:
  • Mark Anthony G must be credited as co-writer of the music.
  • Treblecorp Music Publishing must be listed as the publisher.
  • By default, Mark and Treblecorp receive 50% of songwriting and publishing.
  • A formal agreement can be provided if needed.
  • Contact Treblecorp before any commercial release to ensure proper registration and crediting.
  • Don’t sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original tracks or videos.
  • Don’t remix or extract the content to resell or offer as backing tracks.
  • Don’t use the music in public or commercial projects without proper credit and agreement.
Yes, but only for future purchases. If you bought a track under the current license, you’re grandfathered in under these terms.
