Yes, under these conditions:
  • You can use the tracks for testing, editing, rough cuts, or non-commercial festival entries.
  • If your project becomes commercial (e.g., streaming, broadcast, paid sync), you must notify Mark Anthony G or Treblecorp Music Publishing in good faith.
If you're submitting a cue sheet for a film, video, or broadcast project, you're encouraged to include the ISWC number (number can be found in the description of the catalog entry) for each track. This ensures proper royalty tracking through performance rights organizations (PROs).

This notification does not retroactively change your license terms — it simply ensures transparency and fair compensation for all parties involved.


If your use becomes commercial:
  • By default, 50% of income from the music (sync fees, performance royalties, etc.) goes to Mark Anthony G and Treblecorp Music Publishing.
  • If other collaborators are involved, the split can be negotiated in good faith.
You’re welcome to create new songs using the tracks. Just follow these rules:
  • Mark Anthony G must be credited as co-writer of the music.
  • Treblecorp Music Publishing must be listed as the publisher.
  • By default, Mark and Treblecorp receive 50% of songwriting and publishing.
  • A formal agreement can be provided if needed.
  • Contact Treblecorp before any commercial release to ensure proper registration and crediting.
  • Don’t sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original tracks or videos.
  • Don’t remix or extract the content to resell or offer as backing tracks.
  • Don’t use the music in public or commercial projects without proper credit and agreement.
Yes, but only for future purchases. If you bought a track under the current license, you’re grandfathered in under these terms.
